This was one of the more challenging projects we recently delivered, where we successfully targeted High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) across 27 countries. As a global HNWI and UHNWI professional study, it required access to a highly niche audience profile and a focused approach to audience sourcing, respondent validation, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.

Business Challenge

The client required access to a highly specific, hard-to-reach audience: working professionals in the HNW and UHNW segments across multiple global markets.

The key challenge was to ensure:

  • Successful targeting of HNW and UHNW working professionals through premium audience targeting

  • Coverage across multiple international markets

  • Delivery of a large-scale niche sample for niche professional audience targeting research

  • Multilingual survey execution based on country requirements

  • Strong respondent validation and quality control throughout the study

The overall goal was to generate reliable insights from a premium audience segment while maintaining high data quality across diverse geographies. This made the project a strong example of global premium audience research services and international HNWI and UHNWI insights.

Our Approach

We used an online sampling methodology for all surveys, with a survey length of approximately 30 minutes. The project was designed as HNWI and UHNWI online survey research supported by a validated respondent sourcing approach.

The study was conducted across 27 countries, including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, KSA, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK, and USA. This enabled HNWI audience research across 27 countries and supported a broad cross country HNWI consumer insights study.

The audience was segmented into:

  • HNWIs — High Net Worth working professionals

  • UHNWIs — Ultra High Net Worth working professionals

To ensure successful delivery, we focused on precise audience sourcing, respondent profile validation, multilingual survey deployment, and continuous quality checks throughout fieldwork. This approach supported validated HNWI respondent panel research, UHNWI respondent recruitment services, and multilingual HNWI market research survey execution across key markets.

Results

The study was successfully delivered across all target markets, achieving a total sample of 5,000 respondents.

The final sample included:

  • 4,400 HNWI respondents

  • 600 UHNWI respondents

  • Coverage across 27 countries

  • Online survey execution with an approximate length of 30 minutes

  • Multilingual deployment across key global markets

The project delivered a large-scale global high-net-worth-individual survey, combining HNWI and UHNWI research, global survey research, and multilingual survey research to collect insights from a premium professional audience.

The project helped the client access a difficult-to-reach premium professional audience at scale.

The findings enabled the client to:
